PMCC is involved in two projects aimed at energy supply in the south-western part of Ukraine - in particular, Odesa region:

in 2016, PMCC, together with the Chinese corporation CMEC, began preparatory work on the design and construction of a 900 MW TPP in Teplodar on the site that was being prepared for the construction of the Odesa nuclear thermal station in Soviet times;

in 2019, PMCC together with the company "VS Energy International Ukraine" was involved in the implementation of the project for the construction of the Izmail TPP with a capacity of 250 MW
