The company was established in 2012 with the aim of developing projects in various industries based on the knowledge, experience and achievements of the founders. The long-term experience of the founders allowed PMCC to quickly join the implementation of projects for the exploration and extraction of gold, uranium, polymetallic ores, rare earth metals both at industrial sites of various countries around the world, and with the use of innovative technologies for extracting useful elements from waste products of processing natural raw materials.
PMCC cooperates with other companies created by the founders and their partners in Ukraine, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Kyrgyzstan and Mongolia.

Mr. Grebeniuk was graduated from Dneprodzerzhinsk Industrial Institute in 1985. He has more than 25 year experience on executive positions. In 1996-1999 Mr. Grebeniuk headed Chornobyl Exclusion Zone and was responsible for the multinational efforts to cope with Chornobyl disaster consequences. He used to manage the state enterprises and companies on extraction and processing uranium ore (Eastern Mining and Processing State Enterprise, Barrier SE), gold and polymetallic ores (SJSC Ukrpolimetally). As a Managing Director of joint British-Ukrainian Company Mouchel-IRE Mr. Grebeniuk successfully implemented 8 investing projects in Belarus, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Russia, and Ukraine on construction and reconstruction of chemical and petrochemical complex, as well as projects on the ecology and radiation safety of industrial complex facilities.
